This is pretty much identical to the current cut, apart from the fact he's smiling. There's no reason for it to be requested.

Get over yourself. When you start providing good sources, they'll be cut just like everybody else's. If the sources you post aren't very good, then they'll keep getting rejected. If you can't take the hint, that's on you, not on us. If you don't agree with us, you can try cutting them yourself. 

There's very little wrong with the current cut apart from a few flecks of snow in the beard. It doesn't need to be redone when the image you've provided is practically identical. The megapack has 300,000+ images and there are over 6,000 pending images to be done, so we have to prioritise - which is why sources like this are rejected.

And don't post in Cyrillic any more; if I posted in English, it's rude not to reply in English.

@Ahmet Ovet0101 This source is from when the player was at Hatayspor, so it's older than the current cutout, and the source image is too small to make for a good quality cutout anyway.
