I think he means either that the player isn't in FM 2020 or that he's not the same person as the previous cut-out. I've checked and the current cut-out is definitely the correct person I can't find the source for the previous cut-out but it doesn't look like older (by that I mean younger

The player appears to have moved to an American team which isn't in the game, according to transfermarkt at least, and so he doesn't appear in the FM20 database. That doesn't mean that his cut shouldn't be updated if necessary; he might well move to another club in the future and reappear in the FM database, after all

Yes he is at a U.S college team currently. That's where his cut-out pic was taken. totally agree re keeping the cut-out, just mentioned it as it might have been what Seraskhov meant.
