@ElKennyWilly, when a source is this small, a 180x180 cut is acceptable.

I believe I've demonstrated already the technique of nudging collars up so that there's less space between the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the cut. Also, there's a line of transparent pixels at the bottom of the canvas too, somehow.

I know you're still starting out, and you've made great leaps, but do pay attention to the feedback being given, as it defeats the purpose saying the same thing time and time again
