However, there's no need to cut off the top of the hair, nor the very bottom of the chin, especially when the source image is good enough to avoid doing so. In fact, we prefer to have 2-3 pixels above the top of the head/hair and the same distance beneath the bottom of the chin/facial hair. I've re-opened the request and posted the source so that someone can have another go at it
