This is cropped too far from the chin, 2-3 pixels is enough. It needed the collar to be nudged upwards so that it could be cropped close to the chin @Mthcarmo.
We've been through this a few times already. If the concept is not clear, just ask for guidance. If the technique is hard, just upload the source and let the community take care of it. Uploading a cut ignoring the guidelines is a pity because it'll just get rejected.
