Personally i recognize the player very well but each has his own.

The one you've cut now isn't bad but there's a bit of the head missing on the left side of the cut due to the darkness of the source which remove.bg hasn't quite cut correctly.
What's wrong with the pending excellent source though? I'm not sure I understand why you've decided to cut 2 inferior sources, with the difficulties they entail, when an excellent source is available to cut, which will certainly produce a great cut quickly and with very little difficulty.
@77david54, we overlapped our cuts, sorry π
The reason we have these rules is to (a) ensure that the cuts being produced are of the best possible quality and (b) ensure that cutters' time is used as productively as possible. We keep mentioning this because it's not really a good use of your time in terms of how likely it is that a cut that you do is added to the megapack.
If a source is available which hasn't been rejected, it's likely that it's good enough to be cut, so use it and avoid spending loads of time looking for other sources π

No big deal. I will know that we must put in working. It's the first time for me so it doesn't happen often. I still prefer the previous source , it looks more natural.
For the hair , it is not remove.bg , it is photopea.com who wrongly detected , i cut a little too short but i saw only black so not easy and i nevertheless increased the brightness.

It bothers me that i am told each time that my sources are inferior , the sources of the Caen pack , i find them in 5 seconds per player and 1 minute per staff member. Now i will cut players who have nothing waiting for preference.

I'm sorry but I really can't see how you can say that the sources you've cut aren't inferior. It's got nothing to do with your cutting technique, which is perfectly fine, but a cut can only be as good as the source it comes from.
The aim of this megapack has always been to have cut-out faces of the highest quality possible looking at the camera, avoiding sources from action photos and video stills unless absolutely avoidable. Just because you find the sources quickly doesn't mean they're the best available or the ones you should cut. I ask you again to make sure to take the time to find the best sources to cut, which will usually be easier to cut and produce better results π
