@Noz2k, not bad but:
a) We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
b) keep in mind that the face should be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut.
