@FC Gute You've got some rough edges on this one as well. It looks like you've only used the magic wand to select the player and then pasting it. Try using the pen tool for the players ears, cheeks and shirt and you'll be able to get at smoother cut. To get rid of the dark outline I use the clone stamp and sometimes just zooming in a lot and using the earse tool. And the last point, you should try to get closer to the chin and if needed move the collar instead of giving the player a long neck.
