@zdendo, I'll take it for now but I'm making it available so that a more experienced cutter can hopefully produce a better cut.

I've also just realised I never answered you here. What technique are you using on Photoshop? Your cuts have very jagged edges, and whichever technique you're using should have tools to smooth them, while still keeping them reasonably sharp.

@fumuj, that's a better cut, but unless absolutely unavoidable, please remember to only include 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, so that the focus is as much as possible on the face.

In cases like this source where the neck is overly long, you should use this technique to shorten the neck while still maintaining a small bit of the collar
