In similar cases, remove.bg has an edit function which allows you either to manually delete extra bits (probably best advised to do this in Photoshop tbh) and to restore bits of the face which have been removed incorrectly by the website. This latter thing is all I did for this cut 🙂

If it hadn't been overly sharpened by the author of the image, it would've been a perfect source but it now looks like a computer-generated image or a waxwork, so it's not really worth cutting.

The dimensions are 190x190 because the source image was too small for 200x200.

Good work, just keep in mind that cut dimensions should be 180x180 (in cases of small or low-quality sources) or 250x250, and not variations in between 😉
