@Paul Zinn, not bad at all. Keep an eye out for snow, and rotate sources before cropping so that they are upright rather than slanted, but these are things which can be easily fixed if your starting technique is good.

Can we have the source image for the one you cut please? There's too much space beneath the chin, and we aim to have the focus of the cut being the face with as little beneath it as necessary

That's tiny, and the cut is of a much better quality than anything you can get out of that. Do you have the online version of it perhaps?
