I upload JPEG by mistake and it saved with white background. I have re-uploaded as PNG but don't know how to delete this one.
I've changed the status of this request so you can re-upload the correct version
In future, if you tag me (using the @ ) system, I'll be notified immediately through push notifications
Also, having had a look at some of your recent cuts, they're quite good and I hope to see more work from you along these lines. However, it's considered standard to include a bit of collar in each cut, to continue on the SI standard and also to avoid the chicken-neck effect. In some sources, the neck is quite tall and this would not be possible using just the image provided. However, this post displays a simple (and quick!) technique of how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar
Thank you @mons . Can you reject this one as I uploaded the cut as a new request?
Thanks for the heads up about the collar, I will note this when I am doing more cuts! I didn't realise it was standard to keep some collar, sometimes I try not to especially with international as sometimes people request new cuts just because of a new shirt colour when the face is still basically the same. It also annoys me when I sign a play for example for a red shirt team and the cut has blue collar. But this is a personal thing so if the standard is to have collar I will make sure I'm doing it where possible!
Also thanks for the cut feedback in general being good. I'm okay with the simple haircuts still struggle a little with the longer styles!

I've rejected this request; sorry for not spotting you had uploaded it already.
The idea is only to include a bare minimum of collar. If you see the guidelines for requesting improvements, one of them specifies that making a new request just because the guy has this year's kit is not really considered an improvement. Of course, if somebody produces a teampack or a mixpack with a similar cut, then I'll assess it on its own merit - but I'd much rather cutters focus on missing images and genuinely needed improvements Of course, at the end of the day, it's up to them what they want to work on, really
I know what you mean re collar colour, but once the game starts, people can and will move around. If in your game, for the sake of the argument Salah moves to Real in 2019 then to Arsenal in 2022, will it make that big a difference whether he has a Roma collar or a Liverpool one?
As for sources, I very rarely venture far from the easier sources or at least ones with a plain background. Sources on a grass background or a tree background or with curly or unruly hair are an absolute nightmare to cut Still, there's plenty of good and easy sources requested in here to allow you and me to slowly and surely improve the technique needed to tackle the slight harder-to-cut sources
@mons points taken! although Salah will not be leaving LOL
I'm a Liverpool supporter too, so I'm anxious to be proven wrong in this case
