Not bad at all @Mika Aaritalo, but for the last couple of years or so, we have been accepting cuts in both 180x180 and in 250x250, in the latter case when the source is large enough like it is here.
Also, please keep in mind that all cuts should include a bit of collar. Since in some sources, like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

Just to quickly show what I mean, the green box is a square around the face area, with the collar moved up using that method.
Basically you lasso a bit of the collar and the neck and you nudge it up
I'm re-opening this so that the cut may be redone keeping the above in mind, but apart from that it was perfectly fine
