@Kataangers, how can you even think this is possibly an improvement? The current megapack cut is larger and recent. Please make sure that you read the guidelines before submitting requests in the future.
There is no significant difference between this and the current MP cut, which is of very good quality and quite recent too.
This is not an improvement, sorry.

Looks fine to me, although I'd have cropped it a couple of pixels below the goatee.
There doesn't seem to have been too much reduction in quality with remove.bg. Looks like you cropped the source image to an area around the face as recommended, because the quality of the ensuing cut is pretty good
