That source is way too small for decent improvement.

@MarquitoDoRatinho, can you please start putting some more effort in when making requests? Most of the sources you're requesting are simply not improvements and the majority of your requests are being rejected. If you want to stop wasting your time (and more importantly ours) and actually request sources which are going to be cut, please read this thread and follow the suggestions outlined in there so that you can find better and higher quality sources.

I believe English isn't your first language but, with Google Translate to convert our rules and the above to whichever language you speak, that's not really an excuse.

@Kosix13, the exact same source was rejected in another request earlier this morning because it's not large enough to provide an improvement.

If you read the rules to making an improvement request, the below 2 were added, mostly to try and explain why sources like this aren't really improvements:
4. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality.
5. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative.

That is much, much too small to make an improvement on the current excellent and recent megapack cut-out @EagleVoodoo

As per the previous post, and all the others. Unless a better source is provided than the existing cut-out, then it won't be cut.
