@Kasarboy, can we have the original source please? The gap beneath his chin is much, much too big and unnecessarily so. 2-3 pixels is enough as we aim to have the focus of the cut-out being the face, but around a third of the length in this one is "wasted"...
Edit: I've just realised this is the same across almost all of your many cuts uploaded overnight. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but as you're still starting out, it's best to ask for feedback before uploading a whole array of cuts. This way, you do justice to the source images and produce the best possible cuts from now on. Have a look at this thread for what we look for in our cuts. Also, if you are going to upload a big batch of images, save yourself some time and upload it as a mixpack using this method:
