@Richard Dobson, please have a look at this thread to see what the correct dimensions are for cuts to be added in this pack. You were close but not quite close enough.

Also, as per the guidelines in that thread, you should only leave 2-3 pixels between the top of the head and the top of the canvas. I'm not going to be getting the pixel out for every cut, but it looks visible larger than that in this cut 😉
