@TwentyTwoOClock, before doing any more cuts, have a look at this thread for some guidelines on what we look for in our cuts. For instance, the space above the top of the head and beneath the bottom of the chin or facial hair shouldn't be as large, we recommend only 2-3 pixels. Plus, it's important that an image's aspect ratio is retained because both this and one of your previous cuts were a bit stretched and don't look quite right.
