@Bothan Spy I'll try and make this easy to follow. If you still can't manage it, then it might be best just to put the player profile URL or paste the image URL in the comments to make it quicker for someone to get the full-size image, instead of reverse image searching the picture you've uploaded.
First, copy the image URL like this

Then, take ?preset=square and replace it with ?anchorpoint=top like this

You might also need to do the same with ?anchorpoint=middle and ?anchorpoint=bottom if parts of the face or collar are still cut off. In this case, the chin is cut off from the ?anchorpoint=top image.
If you can upload (or post the image URL in the comments) the images in the second and third spoilers it will be easy for a cutter to combine the large-size images
