If you don't want to be community-spirited, then we don't want you to participate here, frankly. As a fellow staff member, I'm disappointed at your constant refusal to follow our guidelines for no real reason other than your stubbornness.

How many times do I have to explain the same thing? I do a lot of cut-outs from obscure leagues and there are worse cut-outs sometimes. Only the one who does nothing does not make mistakes. Just if you have a problem with it then delete my worst cut-outs.

Just because they're from obscure leagues doesn't mean you shouldn't look for the best possible sources and just cut the first one you find, when better sources may be available. We don't just want cuts at all costs, but the best possible cuts.

And it's not an issue with making mistakes or not; you're right, it's only people who don't do anything who make no mistakes. The problem is when the same issue gets repeated by the same person despite feedback being provided on how to avoid this, often multiple times.

You're the cutter, it's up to you to provide the best possible cuts from the best available sources. It shouldn't be up to us to have to tell you what to do time and time again or to search for better sources after you.

Is this great cut-out work? Come on. As I said, who works a lot, it happens that they make a mistake and you shouldn't tease yourself, you just need to support yourself. As you can see you also make shitty cut-outs sometimes.

Yes,I did…but,that was the only,but really only available source for this guy.

In past year or more I was making bunch of posts how to find best available source,but it seems like you didn't care for that.I've got a feeling that you never really didn't cared for any of tips we gave you.

What annoying me the most with your cuts,is that you could easily find better sources for most of them.

This was one of the ways to do that.

Do you really want to compare my back catalogue of cuts (or Baja's) with yours? Do you really want to go down that road? With respect, get real and deal with the fact that you don't deal at all well with feedback and you're now committed to the idea that somehow we're picking on you for God knows whatever reason. I'm the first one to admit that not every cut which gets added to the megapack is perfect, but there's nothing at all wrong with that while aiming to maintain as high a standard as possible. Just because an expert sometimes makes a small mistake, doesn't mean that all they say is automatically deemed invalid, does it?

For the record, my cut was a correction of an even worse image, for which no better source is available as far as I can tell. I have done cuts for pretty much the whole Maltese database, including lower divisions, and you don't get much more obscure than that, so I know perfectly well that sometimes only poor sources are available. And that's not a problem, sometimes that's the best you can do. The problem is when, in multiple instances in your case, better sources are available. You waste your time cutting images which aren't ideal and the community wastes time providing better source images, and nobody wins at the end of the day.

All we're asking is to make sure to check for better sources instead of cutting poor ones, so that the above is avoided. The overwhelming majority of your cuts are perfectly fine, and filling in the gaps is always welcome, but there's a small percentage that could have better, and easier, cuts from bigger and better sources. And if you can't deal with people pointing that out, then that's something for you to deal with.

Enough of this, now.

Ok. Fine. But you still dont understand what I try to tell you. I made several dozen cut-outs and looking for photos of African players, as you probably know, is tedious and often difficult, I could have omitted that little "F" icon in his profile on zerozero.pt . I hope that I finally explained it to you and you won't keep asking me the same.

@Mateee no one is saying that your work is not tedious. But we are just saying you could have used better sources for several cases, which you probably should have. Making several cuts does not mean you can discard the quality, especially when it is something that you could have easily done.

Also, if it is in terms of sheer quantity, look at the numbers of how many graphics submission that @mons  @Baja  and even my total number of graphics submission and try again. 

No one is disrespecting your work here, but you are doing a disgrace to yourself by putting in such attitude when someone actually made attempts to fix your work, such as finding a better source for you, fixing your cuts etc. If someone made legit claims about your work and helped, just take it, admit that you could have done better, then move on.

Time and time we have to have this debate and it really is tiring for all of us involved, and I believe you are feeling the same way as well. You have been focusing on how tedious your work is, which we all believe it IS INDEED tedious, but TEDIOUS WORK DOES NOT MEAN YOU SHOULD NOT STRIVE FOR QUALITY. Which it is the point we CONSTANTLY trying to put across.

Again, we all made bad submissions, and we all made mistakes, but how you handle it shows how mature of a person you are.

It is time probably for all of us to learn and grow up from this incident and hope you have learnt not to make the same mistakes again. You as a staff member, should be acting maturely instead of a spoiled kid who only excuses himself from mistakes.
