One of my first cuts, any feedback would be good

It's not bad, but there are a number of things you can improve on to have it closer to RT7's work above.

Have a look at this thread first and foremost if you haven't done so already. I would suggest using remove.bg as a starting point (use the tutorial for it)

First of all, good and large sources like this one should be cut in 250x250 instead of 180x as this means that the final cut will be of better quality, including hair details which are not well-defined in your cut. All cuts must contain a collar as this is part of the megapack standard look. If the source has a longer neck, the above link has a guide on how to get it to appear in your cut.

If you provide more info on what programs and techniques you've used for that cut, I may be able to give further tailored help

I used Photoshop and created a mask around the head of the player and then tried to go round the hairline

You won't get a naturally-looking cut using that method and you'll get infinitely better results using remove.bg, then subsequently making the required tweaks on Photoshop, trust me.

Have a look at how best to use the tool in the thread I linked to above, and once you'll use it and see the quick and simple way it works, you won't go back

Thanks Mons, I'll have a practice with a few others and hopefully can get it nailed on soon

What I would suggest is to have a go at a request, but you post your cut in the comments for feedback instead of a completed cut, tagging me in the process
