How do you add these individual images? I have downloaded some and cut a pasted them in to the mega pack however it has not loaded in game after skin reload. Can someone help me if I am going wrong.

Appreciate you helping out, but do take the time to explain to @sarwins why it isn't. That way he'll know to avoid making the same mistake again.
Since the current cut is recent and very good, the source you have provided would have to be absolutely excellent to be considered an improvement, and it isn't. Especially with some hair missing from the top. Just because it's maybe more recent doesn't automatically mean it's an improvement, there are other factors to keep in mind.
