@cunex99, not a bad cut at all.
However, here's some tips to improve your technique:
a) Cuts should be 180x180 pixels
b) There should only be 2-3 pixels above the top of the head/hair and the top of the cut, and the same below the bottom of the chin/facial hair and the bottom of the cut.
c) Each cut must include a little bit of collar and no more.
d) Cuts shouldn't have any snow. Here's a short video on how to quickly spot and remove snow from your cuts.
I've made the source available again for cutting, hope you can give it another go

The photo is also badly focused, at the top part of the hair is cut, the person who made the original focus did not achieve the body with the whole hair ... maybe a whole body photo would be a better option ... not if it is according to my speech

It's not quite as bad as that. It's perfectly cuttable.

@Mthcarmo, please remember to nudge the collar upwards and crop the image no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin.
