@FiratUray, good work but ideally the sources chosen are a little larger as these need to be upscaled to fit 250x250, though I understand bigger ones might not necessarily be available.
Also, please keep in mind that all cuts must include a little bit of collar. At the same time, however, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
