Was a bit unsure regarding this one, due to the length of the beard.
It's quite straight-forward really. When choosing the area to crop, go no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the bottom of the chin or the facial hair, whichever is the lower. If the collar isn't in that square, you need to lasso the collar and nudge it upwards.
