What I don't like in the cut-out megapack is that there's no rule for the fixed face size/propotions.
You can see here that face size on both pictures is totally different, just because David had no hair on the previous pic.

Until all photos are taken at the same angle and from the same distance and height, and all players have the exact same hairstyle and facial hair, it is naturally inevitable that some faces will look different than the others.
Since, in the current cut, Silva has a crewcut and in the new cut he has longer hair, I don't know exactly how you propose that the face is the exact size... I think there are other, much more relevant things to worry about, frankly.
If you want to use a skinhead version of Silva in your game, you can use some of his older cuts...
