@sami sabek Is this a completed cut? If so, you need to upload it under "game ready image". You'll also need to cut it in exactly 250x250. And finally, no offence, but your cutting skills could use some work. Try uploading here in the future and tag either me or @mons and we'll give you some tips on what to work on 👍
