Can we have the original source for this please @Dmitri Khokhlov? The edges are a bit jagged and it's a bit blurry, perhaps due to a poor-quality or small-sized source.

One more thing to keep in mind for future cuts, however, is that all cuts must include a collar. This in order to avoid the chicken-neck effect and to have a standardised megapack look wherever possible.

At the same time, as you're aware, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a lower collar or a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
