Not bad @cLoudcLeaver, but please read this thread for information on the correct dimension of the cut, where to crop images and also techniques on how to ensure cuts aren't as jagged as this cut while maintaining hair details.

Can you upload the original source for this one perhaps we can give it another go?

I just noticed he didn't have one when I checked, so I did it for myself and thought others might want to use it. In game it looks good but I'll upload the original. Feel free to have a bash.
