For one thing, your cuts contain some snow. This video tutorial is a very quick and easy way to remove it.
Secondly, cuts should be 180x180 pixels, with only 1-2 pixels between the top of the head/hair and the top of the cut, and the same distance between the bottom of the chin/beard and the bottom of the cut.
