Zé Conçeicão (Lazalde da Conçeicão) - Submissions - Cut-Out Player Faces Megapack

Please check the area between the glasses and the head. It was painfully obvious
While I appreciate that someone made attempts to fill in the missing images of players and staff that is within a region where sources and information are scarce, please make sure you have sources that are acceptable and you do your cuts carefully instead of having to rush for a cut. No one is forcing you to submit cuts quickly, by uploading faulty cuts you would only increase the workload of others, especially the staff that already has a lot to deal with. (And people like me who goes around and identify these issues)
Ttggfr You constantly criticize my work. Can't you see how many difficult from obscure leagues cut-outs I've already added to the base? It looks like you're just waiting for me to stumble, and as a staff member you should help and support me in my hard work. Your messages are very demotivating and frustrating to me. I have ignored them so far, but in my opinion you exaggerate your constant criticism of my work. It makes me unwilling to continue working.

Wow chill and calm down.
I know you tried, but sometimes I faced the following scenario.
1.When I can find better sources within 1 page of Google search.
2. Sometimes it was just too obvious to be ignored
Did I constantly come to you, finding sources cut by you and targeted them to criticize? No, sometimes I even cut the better sources for you, just like what I did in my Tanzania pack.
And I am not a staff member, I am just a fellow using the site hoping to improve the quality of the cuts. YOU yourself as a staff member should be the one who is abiding and maintaining the standards around here, at least for your own work.
Sorry if my legit opinion and criticism offended you, but I guess if the mistake is genuine, admit it and move on.
I will see whether other cutters can fix the cuts of yours. Whether it is myself or @mons or other members idk.

Ttggfr if you see something you can do better then me just do it, don't waste your time for criticizing. Spend this time on making cuts🙂 How many cuts from Tanzania have you made? 10? Be serious. I do several dozen a week. Over and out. Cheers.

Well if the quality of the cuts were not good not only would you be facing criticism yourself but you would also be increasing the workload of those who have to fix your cuts. Not to say that if several dozen cuts were bad then people would have to fix much more.
I prefer quality over quantity for this reason, well-understood that if your cuts are bad you are only not helping but causing trouble.
When someone makes legit reminder or critics, learn well to take it. I certainly did not expect someone who did not understand this simple logic is a staff member that has the right to issue warnings and ban accounts.
Good luck on finding sources and hope you do well with rest of your cuts.
Cheers

Ttggfr You do not understand. It's about constructive criticism, which I understand, of course. I just disapprove of criticism for the sake of criticizing which is what you are still doing. Think about it. Cheers.

I'm sure we're all very grateful for the work you're doing and it's always of great pleasure to me personally to see gaps in the megapack being filled. I appreciate that some of the sources for the more obscure leagues and nations won't be the best, but that doesn't mean you should not pay attention to the details of your cuts.
Nobody's saying your cuts are bad, but wouldn't you agree that some of them could be better? For example with this cut, it's not a question of cutting technique but of attention to detail. The white background left over beneath the glasses is quite clear, for example. I appreciate your enthusiasm in providing a good volume of cuts, but like I think I've told you before, it's better to focus on cut quality rather than quantity. It's better to do one dozen good cuts, rather than ‘several dozen’ hurried cuts which I have to try and fix because they don't have collars, need rotating, have snow, are too dark etc. We're looking to have as good quality cuts as is possible, and that sometimes entails searching properly for sources not just cutting the first one you find.
I have personally tried to provide you with a lot of constructive feedback over the last months, and it's not always clear if you're paying attention to it. If you're uploading your cuts on here and some of the cuts can be improved, then I don't see anything wrong with users pointing it out, especially if they are also cutters who know what they're talking about.
If users are pointing out parts of your cuts which can be improved, it might be wiser to take the feedback on board and strive to keep improving your cutting technique, instead of being offended. I'm sure it wasn't @Ttggfr's intention to do so, and frankly I don't think there's anything offensive in what was said.

Completaly agreed with @Ttggfr …to be honest I don't even see a point of those sunglasses anyway, cut looks more than solid without them, wich I re-fixed for next update.
