Can you please cut this kind of post out?
Instead of criticising cutters, how about pointing out what is wrong in the cut and also posting some constructive suggestions on how they can improve their cutting technique in future cuts?
With this kind of post, neither I nor the cutter have any idea what was wrong with his cut. Was there lots of snow? Was there a lack of hair details? Did it not have a collar? Was there too much space above his head or below his cut? Was the cut too jagged? Pointing the issue out politely and proposing a solution or alternative technique is much more helpful than just saying "stop wasting such a great sources on such a poor cut". It also hopefully ensures that future cuts by the same cutter don't have the same issue(s).

We spoke about this kind of cuts a lot last year\season I don't know if you remember,but really a lot.There was suggestion in all of these things that you've said.Then they was his own requests.Now they are requests by somebody else,and all these sources are pretty good,and we're getting bad blur cuts,without much hair details and with long necks,from some kind of alternative sources,almost like resized futhead 150x150 or 120x120 cuts.

I can't remember everything we spoke about last year or last season. The point is not whether they're good cuts or not, but that instead of criticising somebody who is trying to make cuts, you should offer constructive and practical suggestions as to what exactly is wrong and how to improve it.
