better light, better photo please

The current megapack cut is from October. The guy's looks is identical, even in the hair details. The source you have posted is a bit darker than the one in the megapack and I don't really agree it has better lighting.

To be honest, sources like this are exactly what we had in mind when points 4 and 5 of the guidelines to making improvement requests were added:

4. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality.
5. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative.

With all the requests we have, why should a cutter spend his time on a source like this, when it's an alternative image at best?

The good thing for you is that, by using free tools such as remove.bg and photopea.com as well as the hints and tips in this thread, it should take you very little time to cut this source yourself You could have it done in minutes I reckon
