@Kanatayuu, before uploading more teampacks, please post a few draft cuts in the tutorial thread for feedback so that your cuts don't keep repeating the same issues. As it stands, these aren't improvements because the current cuts are generally recent and of a superior quality.
I've already mentioned the need for all cuts to include collars, and you're cropping images far too much above the top of the head; 2-3 pixels is enough. Some images could do with being brightened and others with being rotated before being cropped.
