Why are you leaving such a large gap above and below the head?
I've pointed this out already... If you ask for feedback and it's given, then you should you pay attention to what you're being told. And if it's not clear, feel free to ask again.If you download the source and crop it to around the head as with the 1st attachment, then put it through remove.bg, you should get something like the second attachment.
Rotate it 2 degrees anti-clockwise and crop it to around 2-3 pixels above the top of the hair and to the bottom of the chin, and it should be around 327x327. Resize the image down to 250x250 and you should get something like the 3rd attachment, which is what the final cut should look like.
I'm at work and not using Photoshop so there may be some snow on the third attachment, but it should otherwise be perfectly acceptable.
