Sorry, I take back the above - it appears the player's full name is Frank Cedric Ondoa Obama and he was referred to seperately by different names, with the club calling him Frank and everywhere else calling him Cedric. I'm not 100% sure but that's what this EFL pdf states, at least

Yea, I figured that's got to be him, since he played for Bury and his full name appears to be Frank Cedric
