@mr.milansa, have a look at this thread for some hints on how to find the best possible sources for your requests. The area that the face takes up in this image is quite small and he's not looking at the camera so any cut won't be particularly good, I'm afraid. Compare it to some of the completed game-ready images on this forum to see what we're aiming for.
