No worries. I know it's not the case for this image, but remember that, ideally, you find the biggest sources so that the final cut can be done in 250x250 😉

When the head is tilted to one side like this, the final cut looks better if you rotate the source before cropping it.
Can we have the original source for this please @demonade ?
