@AOzanA27, I'm afraid this isn't really good enough to be added into the megapack. For a start, the dimensions aren't right, there are no hair details at all, the edges aren't smooth and there is no collar.
Have a look at this thread to see what we look for in our cuts. I would suggest watching the remove.bg tutorial video which shows how you can get excellent cuts for free from 99% of images and then you can refine it using photopea.com, all of which tools are free. Until you get used to the techniques, please post your draft cuts in there for feedback instead of posting them on the submission forum 👍

@munegu221 The current cutout was only made in March, and is very high quality and the player's appearance hasn't changed very much. The source you posted is too small to provide a 250px cutout without upscaling it, which would result in reduced image quality.
Here is a fixed version without the weird collar. Also used the sharpen tool to make the image more crisp.
@mimi872012, please try and find the best possible sources. Sources like the ones you have just posted are not very useful. If you find more than one source, please post them in the comments. This is not our job as moderators, but YOURS' as a requester. If you keep requesting these kind of poor sources, then they will start being rejected.
