@ssllmmccn, as explained already, you need to crop cuts much closer to the top of the head or hair and to the bottom of the chin or facial hair; 2-3 in each case is usually recommended. As you know, we also expect all our cuts to have a collar.
In cases like this source where the neck is taller or the collar is lower than usual, please use this technique to fulfill both requirements:
