@janedwinssen keep in mind that we aim to have the image cropped no more than 2-3 pixels from the chin while still having a collar. After all, it's a facepack, not a face-and-neck-pack 😉
Since in some sources, like this one, the person in the image has a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
