Decent work @Gtomasibi, but for future cuts keep in mind that we want all our cuts to have a collar while being cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. In cases like this where the collar is lower down or the neck is overly long in the original source, here's a method on how to nudge the collars upwards to include them in your cropped version:
