Any way to take better photo? I've found this better picture brightness/saturation but too small.

It really depends on the source image. If it's not big and/or crisp enough, then you won't get a great cut. In cases like this one, a 180x180 cut is acceptable.
I've no idea how to use that program, but work like the Ianis Hagi cut is very good, keep it up
