@Daniel Caulkett for DFB.de sources, change 'custom_style_1' in the URL to 'original' for the full-size image like so: https://assets.dfb.de/uploads/000/180/618/original_U_17_Sven_Kronemeyer.jpg. This source is large enough for 250*250px cutouts which are the prefferred standard for the megapack, and additionally there are guides in this thread for cutting sources as I can see that your cutout was 'squashed' instead of keeping the aspect ratio the same, and you left some white edges in the hair
