I think rejecting this request was harsh, but still it's best to be polite and, importantly, search for the highest resolution version of source images so that the cutout can be as high-quality as possible; often a bad source (e.g. small resolution, bad lighting) simply won't be cut because at the end of the day the people doing the cutouts are volunteering their time. I found a larger version of your source just by searching "Celsinho Sertanense" and a Portuguese transfers facebook group had posted it.

That said, @ABBFH, you need to learn a bit more manners and, more importantly, how to request properly. While plenty of your requests are being cut, plenty are being rejected for mostly the same reasons. I can sympathize with not understanding our rules at the start but you've been here a while now so there's really no justification for some of the sources you've posted. If you think the standard on this website is bullshit, you're welcome to give cutting a go or to go elsewhere. As a gesture of good will, I'll be cutting this source later, but I won't accept another childish outburst from you again.
