@gurkburk This isn't the correct size
When an image isn't the correct size, it's best to approve it but notify the cutter. This way, if the user doesn't react to resize it, the cut doesn't get lost. Before uploading it, I check the update pack anyway for any images which need resizing and do that at my end 😉
This image is older than the current cut, which is quite recent anyway and of quite good quality, so there's no point in cutting it. Plus he's not looking at the camera anyway 😕
@Adilson Angel Abreu de Almeida Gomes Again, the source you're requesting is 1) older than the current cutout and 2) the face in the image is too small.
Stop wasting both your and our time by requesting poor quality sources for players who already have good, recent cutouts in the megapack.

Neither your source nor the game-ready image posted are improvements. Please make sure to follow the guidelines to making requests so that you stop wasting your time and ours by uploading these kind of images because they'll just keep getting rejected.
