@ddudu mate sources with resolution as this and quality are completaly useless.Cutable source is any wich is at least 180x180 from chin to the top of his head,ofc any bigger and more quality source is better.

For future reference, please make sure you post the best available sources as this is not really large enough to get a good cut from There are plenty better images here, for example, so I'm not sure why you chose that source to request
