@Neplus, can I suggest you have a look at the guidelines to uploading game ready cuts, available when you start the image upload process?
Cutouts should be:
1) Rotated so that the face is upright instead of leaning at an angle, as well as looking at the camera
2) Cropped so that there is only 2 or 3 pixels between the top of the canvas and the top of the hair, and 2 or 3 pixels between the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the canvas.
Moreover, if there's a perfectly fine (indeed, excellent) cut already available, as is the case here, it makes no sense for cutters to spend time cutting another image.
