@SundayLover6, not bad in terms of cuts but try and leave no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin and above the top of the head, to stay in line with the megapack standard.
Please keep in mind that, at the same time, all cuts should include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
