@johnloch, please keep in mind that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar, as I believe has been explained to you already. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

In cases where the source is tilted, like this one, it should be rotated in order that the final cut is as upright as possible, which looks much better in-game. Here's a video of what I mean:
